By registering on Dsidein, you acknowledge that your engagement as a field agent does not constitute employment, a fixed-term contract, or any ongoing work arrangement. Dsidein operates as a platform connecting survey coordinators with independent field agents for assignment-based work only.
You are engaged solely as an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you and Dsidein. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and legal compliance.
Dsidein makes no representation that survey assignments will be regularly available. Work is project-based and subject to availability. Dsidein reserves the right to accept, reject, or reassign any field agent at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Field agents conduct survey work offline using their own personal devices. Dsidein bears no liability for data loss, device damage, connectivity issues, or any adverse outcomes arising from field operations. You are responsible for ensuring your device is functional and data is submitted correctly.
Dsidein shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, legal dispute, or financial claim arising from your activities as a field agent. You assume full personal responsibility for your safety and conduct during all survey operations.
Survey data collected on behalf of Dsidein clients — including political parties, businesses, and research organisations — is strictly confidential. Unauthorised sharing, publication, or commercial use of such data is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Dsidein reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove a field agent's access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or compensation. Repeated violations of confidentiality or code of conduct will result in immediate termination.
